I couldn't let them brave the cold alone. I know it is coming. I want to smell them every day so I can remember them over winter. I planted a couple new roses last winter, the light pink one is new for 2008 and is called "April in Paris" and the little violet one is my all time favorite, "Angel Face" Both are known for their intoxicating fragrance. So there they sit, a little reminder of what spring will bring again. I hope they last all week.
